Reflections on one’s own history and professional orientation

These questions are the focus of this seminar. It is aimed at people in different phases of their professional lives. Some pursue clear professional goals out of a personal passion. Others do a job mainly for pragmatic reasons, which promises financial security and corresponds to their personal and professional circumstances and priorities. Many only question their choices when a major stress or “identity crisis” demands a change.

The longing for and the courage to change.

The two-day seminar invites participants to discuss personal and professional priorities in a safe space and to facilitate reorientation. It will make you want to change and encourages you to do so.

Methods

The seminar is based on the concrete needs and interests of the participants. We work with a mix of methods from Gestalt, art and body therapy, theatre pedagogy, structural constellations, meditation and visualisations. In this way we can meet the needs of each individual participant as well as the group dynamics.
